We specialize in luxury transportation for corporate events, weddings, special occasions, concerts, and airport transfers. Additionally, we provide personalized event planning and concierge services through our partnership with Kandia Entertainment to ensure a seamless and enhanced experience.
How can I book a ride?
You can book a ride through our website or by contacting us directly via phone or email. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due one day before the ride.
What payment methods do you accept?

Payment must be completed before the trip begins.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 15 days of the trip will incur an additional 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 72 hours before the trip (or 120 hours during major holidays) will result in the full balance being charged.
Do you offer event planning services?
Yes, we offer personalized event planning and concierge services through our partnership with Kandia Entertainment. We handle every detail, from accommodations to venue logistics, ensuring your event runs smoothly.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the price but is voluntary and appreciated. You may tip your chauffeur at the end of your ride.
Are your vehicles equipped with safety features?
Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with:
GPS tracking
In-vehicle cameras
For safety, passengers must remain seated with seatbelts fastened while the vehicle is in motion.
Can I extend my trip on the day of service?
Yes, you can extend your trip, but additional charges will apply for the extra time. Overtime rates are billed in 1-hour increments.
Do you accommodate special requests?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating personalized experiences. Whether it's for a corporate function, wedding, or private event, let us know your needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Can I bring food or beverages on board?
To maintain cleanliness, food consumption is prohibited inside the vehicle. However, beverages are allowed, and we can provide a fully stocked bar upon request for special events.
What happens if there is damage to the vehicle?
Clients are fully responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests. Fees for cleaning and repairs will be applied, and charges will be made to the credit card on file.
